Bülent Görer

Bülent Görer, graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 1997, started his career in the banking sector in 1998 in the audit board. He spent 5 years in the banking sector and 13 years in the real sector, out of a total of 24 years of professional business life. Audit manager, finance director, CFO and finally the general manager and board member of Tırsan Finansman A.Ş. working at Görer YMM and Financial Advisory Company , and ConsulTR YMM and Dan. A.Ş. since 2016. Bülent Görer is a sworn in CPA since 2016, and also the founder of Trasta ESG.

Selim Artış

After completing his finance education in Washington D.C. in 2001, Selim Artış has worked for the country’s leading companies for 15 years. Such as Sütaş the sector leader in milk and dairy products in the FMCG sector, Tırsan Trailer ranked 3rd in trailer production in the Eurasia Region. Selim Artış started consulting within Görer YMM and Financial Consulting after undertaking the duties of treasury and finance directorate and deputy general manager at Tırsan Finansman A.Ş. is the chair of the board of Trasta ESG.

Kaan Sevim

Kaan Sevim, graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Economics, started his career at Pamukbank Inspection Board in 1999. Completed the last 7 years of his 15-year banking career as a branch manager. Pamukbank, Yapı Kredi Bank and Akbank are among the banks he worked at. In the last 6 years of his banking career, he gave trainings on financial mathematics and pricing – profitability as an internal trainer at the Bank. After banking, he provided “Sales” and “Foreign Trade” trainings to banks. Later, he took on the duties of finance manager in companies that are in the top 500 in the real sector. Kaan Sevim who have been providing consultancy at Görer YMM and Financial Consulting since 2017 and also a board member at Trasta ESG.

Ersu Türedi

Ersu Türedi, a graduate of the Department of Finance at Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences, completed her master’s degree in the Department of Financial Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Economics. She began her career in 1999. After working as an auditor and senior auditor at Rehber Independent Auditing Inc. and Moore Stephens, she served as the audit manager at Major Certified Public Accountants.

She holds licenses in Independent Audit (CMB SPK), Corporate Rating, CMB SPK Level 1-2, and Real Estate Rating.

Joining the Görer family in 2017, Ersu Türedi is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Accounting and Auditing at Okan University. Her doctoral thesis is focused on “Company Mergers.” Her areas of expertise include Transfer Pricing and R&D accounting practices and incentives. She has conducted numerous training sessions on these topics.

She has published articles in various journals and is also a member of the board of directors at Trasta ESG.

Dr. Kemaleddin Dilbaz

Kemaleddin Dilbaz completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, and his master’s and doctoral education at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics. He conducted research at the University of Michigan in 2011. Since 2004, he has been providing education and courses on topics such as public offering, capital markets, and financial management in academic institutions.

Starting his career at Borsa Istanbul (Istanbul Stock Exchange) after passing the professional staff entrance exam in 1997, Dilbaz worked at the institution with titles such as expert, manager, financial affairs manager, and chief inspector. In 2017, he joined Albaraka Turk as a general manager consultant and served as the director of financial reporting at the bank between 2019 and 2023.

With 19 years of experience in capital markets and 6 years in banking, his areas of expertise include corporate finance, initial public offerings (IPOs), sustainability, financial management, capital markets, and banking legislation.

In September 2023, he joined TRASTA ESG and currently serves as a Board Member.

Özgün Çınar

Özgün Çınar has worked for over 30 years in leading organizations of our country, such as Türkiye İş Bankası (Turkey’s Business Bank) and Şişecam Group. During half of his career, he has focused on establishing, operationalizing, and enhancing the competencies of risk management and internal audit functions in industrial organizations.

In April 2023, Özgün Çınar joined Görer Certified Public Accountants and Financial Consulting as a Partner. He currently serves as the General Manager at Pera ESG.

Mehmet Taş

After completing his undergraduate education in the Computer Engineering department at Yıldız Technical University, he pursued his master’s degree in Management Information Systems at Marmara University. Over a period of more than 25 years, he held various positions including consultant, software engineer, team leader, and unit manager at prominent organizations in Turkey such as Medistar, Bloomberg HT, Bilge Adam, Toyota Derindere, Borusan Otomotiv, Robert College, and Istanbul Chamber of Industry.

In June 2022, he joined as a Partner and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Trasta ESG.

Tuğrul Üzümkaya

Having completed his undergraduate studies in the Business Department of Istanbul University’s Faculty of Business Administration, Tuğrul Üzümkaya has worked for over 20 years in financial institutions such as Garanti Leasing and Volvo Finans. Throughout his career, he has served as a senior executive in areas including business development, operations management, risk management, financial analysis, credit assessment, and financial affairs management.

In 2023, Tuğrul Üzümkaya joined Görer Certified Public Accountants and Financial Consulting as a Partner. He currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Trasta ESG.

Almina Gencal

Almina Gencal, who graduated from Eskişehir Technical University Faculty of Engineering Department of Environmental Engineering in January 2023 and Anadolu University Department of Occupational Health and Safety in September 2022, has been involved in both technical and social areas throughout her education. During her climate ambassadorship, she was part of the management team in the preparation of a seminar series that was examined by experts on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Almina, who actively contributed to supporting the working and educational lives of women engineers across universities, focused on projects that would support children in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and was active in social areas. Starting her working life as a part-time Sustainability Assistant in November 2022, she worked on the preparation of sustainability reports, ISO 14064 Carbon Footprint, and ISO 20400 Sustainable Supply Chain in this process.

Almina Gencal has been working as an Analyst in the Trasta ESG family as of November 2023.
