Selim Artış

Chair of the Board of Directors

After completing his finance education in Washington D.C. in 2001, Selim Artış worked for 15 years in leading companies in the country.

Among the companies he worked for, Sütaş is the industry leader in milk and dairy products in the FMCG sector. Tırsan Trailer ranks 3rd in trailer production in the Eurasia Region. In 2016, after assuming the position of treasury and finance manager and deputy general manager at Tırsan Finansman A.Ş., Selim Artış started to provide consultancy services at Trasta Consulting and is the chairman of the board of directors of Trasta ESG.

Ersu Ayşe Türedi

Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors

Ersu Türedi graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance and received her master’s degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Financial Law. After working as an auditor and senior auditor at Rehber Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. and Moore Stephens, she worked as an audit manager at Major YMM.

She holds an Independent Audit License (CMB KGK), Corporate Rating License, CMB Level 1-2 License and Real Estate Rating License.

In 2017, Ersu Türedi joined Görer family and continues his PhD program in Accounting and Auditing at Okan University. She is writing her doctoral thesis on “Mergers and Acquisitions”. Her areas of expertise are Transfer Pricing and R&D accounting practices and incentives. She has given many trainings on this subject.

She has published articles in various journals and is the Vice Chair of Trasta ESG.

Kaan Sevim

Board Member

Kaan Sevim graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Economics in English and started his career at Pamukbank Inspection Board in 1999.

He completed the last 7 years of his 15-year banking career as a branch manager. In addition to Pamukbank, the banks he has worked for include Yapı Kredi Bank and Akbank. In the last 6 years of his banking career, he worked as an internal trainer at the Bank, providing training on financial mathematics and pricing and profitability. After banking, he gave “Sales” and “Foreign Trade” trainings to banks. Afterwards, he worked as a finance manager in companies in the top 500 in the real sector.

Since 2017, Kaan Sevim has been a consultant at Trasta Consulting and is a board member at Trasta ESG.

Özgün Çınar

Board Member

Özgün Çınar graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Mr. Çınar received his master’s degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Southampton. He served as Unit Manager at Türkiye İş Bankası AŞ, Budget and Financial Control Manager at Petrol Ofisi AŞ and Head of Risk Management and Internal Audit at Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları AŞ. He also served as a board member at İş Finansal Kiralama AŞ, Türkiye İş Bankası Kültür Yayınları İş Türk AŞ, Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi and Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları AŞ. During half of his career, he has focused on the establishment and activation of risk management, internal audit and compliance functions in industrial organizations and enhancing their competencies. Mr. Çınar has been the Managing Partner responsible for Risk Management and Internal Audit at Trasta Danışmanlık AŞ since April 2023 and General Manager and Board Member at Trasta ESG Danışmanlık AŞ since May 2024.
