Bülent Görer

Founder

Bülent Görer graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations in 1997.

In his 24 years of professional career, he has spent 5 years in the banking sector and 13 years in the real sector. He worked as audit manager, finance director, CFO and finally as general manager and board member of Tırsan Finansman A.Ş. after obtaining approval from the BRSA, in companies such as Pamukbank, Arkas Holding, Sütaş, Şişecam, Tırsan Treyler, which are among the top 500 companies in Turkey.

In 2016, he established Görer YMM and Financial Consultancy company and in 2019 he established Trasta Danışmanlık A.Ş. Since 2016, Bülent Görer has been a certified public accountant and is the founder of Trasta ESG.

Çiçek Collins

Chair of the Board of Directors

Cicek Collins is the Managing Partner and Chair of the Board at Trasta ESG, based in London. She is a global sustainability and strategic transformation leader with over two decades of international experience across the UK, Türkiye, and UAE. Prior to joining Trasta ESG, Cicek held senior leadership roles at S&P Global, where she led global sustainability operations, complex integration programs, and digital transformation initiatives spanning multiple business lines. Her earlier career includes key governance and product roles at Thomson Reuters, where she managed global data integration following major acquisitions and helped embed Six Sigma excellence across teams.

Cicek’s expertise covers a broad range of domains—including sustainability, regulatory risk, compliance, product innovation, and corporate governance—built on a strong foundation of cross-cultural leadership and program execution. In her current role at Trasta, she also plays a strategic role in the holding’s M&A activities, bringing her extensive experience in integration and due diligence to support the group’s global growth and investment objectives. Known for her strategic insight and operational rigor, she is committed to advancing impactful ESG solutions and sustainable value creation on a global scale.

Özgün Çınar

CEO

Özgün Çınar graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He served as Unit Manager at Türkiye İş Bankası AŞ, Budget and Financial Control Manager at Petrol Ofisi AŞ and Head of Risk Management and Internal Audit at Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları AŞ. In addition, he served as a member of the Board of Directors at İş Finansal Kiralama A.Ş., Türkiye İş Bankası Kültür Yayınları İş Türk A.Ş., Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi, Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. and many other important companies. During half of his career, he has focused on the establishment, activation and competence enhancement of risk management, internal audit and compliance functions in industrial organisations. Çınar has been the Managing Partner responsible for Risk Management and Internal Audit at Trasta Danışmanlık AŞ since April 2023 and General Manager and Board Member at Trasta ESG Danışmanlık AŞ since May 2024.

Hasan Hulki Avcı

CTO

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer education and instructional technology. He has held various roles in his career including software development, web administration and technical leadership. He is currently CTO at Trasta ESG Consulting Inc. Previously, he worked as a senior web administrator and front-end developer at Istanbul Chamber of Industry for 9 years and gained full-stack development and project management experience in different companies.

His projects include corporate intranet systems, document management solutions, web tracking systems and many platforms. He has done a wide range of software development and system integration from web-based gaming systems to large-scale corporate integration projects.

Kaan Öztürk

IT Specialist / Software Engineer

Kaan Öztürk graduated in 2024 from the Software Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering at Doğuş University and the Computer Science and Software Engineering program at the University of Lodz (Poland). Following his undergraduate studies, he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science and Business Analytics at the University of Warsaw (Poland).

Kaan began his professional career in 2022 at KPMG Türkiye as part of the Data, Analytics and IT Advisory team, where he gained experience in data analytics, business intelligence, software technologies, and IT consulting.

Since July 2024, he has been working at Trasta ESG Danışmanlık A.Ş. as an IT Specialist / Software Engineer, actively contributing to the development of the company’s sustainability- and ESG-focused digital products. His work includes web-based applications, backend and frontend development, data analytics, system integrations, and AI-powered applications.

During this period, Kaan has also been actively involved in developing sustainability-focused digital solutions, implementing artificial intelligence integrations, project management, and projects carried out at Marmara Technopark.

Almina Gencal

Sustainability Expert

Almina Gencal graduated from Eskişehir Technical University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Environmental Engineering in January 2023 and Anadolu University, Department of Occupational Health and Safety in September 2022. During her time as a climate ambassador, she took part in the management team in the preparation of the seminar series in which 17 Articles of Sustainable Development were examined by experts.

Almina has actively contributed to supporting the working and educational lives of women engineers across universities, focused on projects to support children in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields and has been active in social areas. In November 2022, Almina Gencal started her career as a part-time Assistant Sustainability Specialist and worked on the preparation of sustainability reports, ISO 14064 Carbon Footprint and ISO 20400 Sustainable Supply Chain.

Almina Gencal started working as an Analyst in the Trasta ESG family in November 2023 and as of September 2024, she continues her education in the Czech Republic in the Master’s programme in environmental modelling.

Aslıhan Yılmaz Timur

Sustainability Expert

Aslıhan Yılmaz Timur completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Biology at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences of Middle East Technical University and had her Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the same university.

She began her career in 1992 at the Ministry of National Education, where she took part in World Bank-funded projects within the Educational Research and Development Directorate.

She later worked as Regional Application Supervisor at Roche Diagnostics GmbH Ankara and as Turkey Application Service Manager at Moleküler Bizim Medikal Ltd.. During this period, she was responsible for customer support operations, field applications, technical training, and team coordination.

Concurrently, she worked as an Education Specialist at Evren Educational Research and Consulting, designing and delivering training and seminar programs for entrepreneurs under KOSGEB, EU, and TÜBİTAK-funded projects, and providing grant proposal preparation training.

For nearly 10 years, she worked at Schenker Arkas Nakliyat Ticaret A.Ş, playing an active role in executive-level coordination and the management of corporate processes.

Since 2023, she has been working as a Sustainability Specialist at Trasta ESG Danışmanlık A.Ş., supporting sustainability reporting, ESG compliance processes, and corporate sustainability training initiatives.
