1. PURPOSE

As Trasta ESG, we aim to protect the health and safety of our employees, business partners, customers and other stakeholders by adopting an occupational health and safety culture in the field in which we operate.

2.PRINCIPLES OF APPLICATION

  • To ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and standards, to monitor, evaluate and improve occupational health and safety performance.
  • To promote a culture of occupational health and safety and to make this understanding a way of life by disseminating safe behavior habits.
  • To carry out continuous improvement studies in order to eliminate potential sources of danger or to reduce them to an acceptable level.
  • To carry out risk assessment processes regularly with the participation of employees and to adopt an effective approach in risk management.
  • To proactively address occupational health and safety processes from the design stage with new technologies and innovative methods.
  • To organize trainings and awareness campaigns in order to increase the consciousness and awareness of employees and all stakeholders.
  • To share good practice examples with internal and external stakeholders, to continuously improve its processes by evaluating suggestions and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Setting measurable goals, providing the resources needed to achieve these goals, and regularly reviewing its performance.

3.RESPONSIBILITIES

The Board of Directors is responsible for the implementation and up-to-date continuation of this Policy.

4.EFFECTIVE

The policy enters into force following the approval of the Board of Directors.
