The purpose of this policy is to determine the basis and framework of the donation and aid transactions of Trasta ESG Danışmanlık A.Ş. (Trasta ESG).
The main purpose of the donations and aids to be made by Trasta ESG is; fulfillment of social responsibilities, creating awareness of collective corporate responsibility, meeting social and societal needs and benefiting the society.
2.PRINCIPLES OF APPLICATION
In the donations to be made within the scope of this policy, the establishment and operating principles and purposes of the company are acted upon. Donations are categorized and reported under appropriate headings. Donation and aid activities to be carried out;
- Education
- Health
- Culture
- Art
- Scientific research,
- Protecting the environment,
- Sport
- Publishing magazines and books
and similar activities.
The procedures and principles determined by the legislation in this regard; Company vision, mission, policies, ethical rules, values, internal regulations and practices and the Company’s annual budget appropriations are taken into consideration.
3.RESPONSIBILITIES
The Board of Directors is responsible for the implementation and up-to-date continuation of this Policy.
4.EFFECTIVE
The policy enters into force following the approval of the Board of Directors.
